Using archival sources and referential literature, the author considers the events in the Srebrenica Safe Haven in July of 1995, when, due to the lack of activity of the International Community, the largest genocide was committed in Europe after the Second World War. Special attention is dedicated to the analysis of diplomatic activities of the Great Powers, who, on the prognosis of future proceedings, remained restrained, thus becoming themselves accomplices in these events.
